Privacy

The short version
We have no accounts, no servers and no analytics of our own. Your scores and settings stay on your device, and we never see them. Games that show advertising say so below, and that advertising is provided by Google — which does collect data, and which you can decline without changing how the game plays.

What we store
High scores, statistics, progress and settings are written to a file inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. That file never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Deleting the app deletes it.
Advertising
Games marked above as showing advertising use Google AdMob, and only as rewarded video — an ad plays when you choose to watch one in exchange for something in the game. Ads never interrupt play on their own.
To serve them, Google may collect and process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, and information about how you interact with ads. Google's use of that data is governed by its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in AdMob.
Before any ad is requested, the game asks for your consent choices. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you'll see a consent form, and on iOS you'll be asked whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the game plays exactly the same — you'll simply see less relevant advertising, or none. You can change that permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Apple's Game Center, a game may submit scores to leaderboards. This is optional and declining costs you nothing but the ranking. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through advertising in one of our apps, write to us and we'll act on it.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request. For data held by Google in connection with advertising, use the Google links above. Deleting a game removes everything it stored on your device.
This website
banse.ca sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date at the top.
